Australian death metal band VAHRZAW available on iTunes

VAHRZAW a Death Metal and Thrash band based in Victoria, Australia have signed a digital distribution agreement with Musicadium to put their head banging tracks on iTunes.If you’re into Slayer, Deicide and Mayhem or like DISSECTION, Morbid Angel and Belphegor then VAHRZAW is for you.
VAHRZAW’s band current members are Ben van Poppel (drums), Scott Williams (Guitars) and George VanDoorn (bass/vocals).
VAHRZAW started in 1992 under name 'NECROMANCY' and consisted of high school friends George VanDoorn (vocals), Scott Williams (guitar), Steven Forster (guitar) and Scott Rowland (drums). They played “primitive death metal” and their first gig was in front of a massive 800plus crowd at a local 'battle of the bands'.
In 1994 influenced by the second wave of black metal innovators and changing the direction away from death metal the band gets a shake up and new line up. After several band name changes and new members, it finally decided on VAHRZAW and the current line up.
By 1996, VAHRZAW release their third demo titled 'Black Resplendent Waters' (now available on iTune’s as distributed by Musicadium). This recording consisted of songs written from 1993-1995. The demo was a huge success and attracted hard core fans from as faraway as Norway, Costa Rica, the UK & USA.
After a slowing down of pace VAHRZAW eventually disbands around the start of 1998 with much vocal disappointment from their fans. Their loud cry reaches the bands ears and in 2005 VAHRZAW reforms. This break obviously provided new energy and they slammed out several EP over several years and were initially sold their successful albums through zines and friends are now distributing their EP’s digitally via Musicadium.
Musicadium is the digital music distribution service responsible for distributing VAHRZAW to the world by releasing their tunes to iTunes, eMusic & heaps more online music stores. VAHRZAW choose to work with Musicadium as they offered no ongoing fees or subscriptions, they retained all the rights to their music and there are no term based contracts. VAHRZAW was also interested in Musicadium as they are Australian based with networks throughout the globe enabling them to sell their music to a global audience via the world's leading digital outlets such as Apple iTunes Music Stores, eMusic, Yahoo Music, Microsoft Zune, Virgin Digital and MTV Urge.
