Wave Software Expands E-Discovery Capabilities

ORLANDO, Florida (August 1, 2007)—Orlando-based Wave Software, an innovator in the de-duplication, re-generation and export of native e-mail files, announced it has increased the scope of its flagship product, Trident Pro, to process native Lotus Notes NSF files along with all other loose e-files. Law firms and corporations worldwide use Trident Pro for e-discovery and regulatory response. This recent advancement in technology shortly follows the company’s announcement of foreign language processing capability including Unicode, non-Unicode, double byte and UTF-8 data.

There are only a handful of e-discovery software platforms on the market today that have the capability to handle NSF files. Now Trident Pro has the ability to meet strong market demand for multiple e-mail platform processing and review in a single application. Trident Pro has the ability to save newly de-duplicated (process of removing duplicate e-mails) Microsoft Outlook PST and Lotus Notes NSF files to a server. With loose e-file processing, Trident Pro can point at the total population of data for fast pre-culling while easily creating a chain of custody and full preservation of data.
