Orlando, FL-The Garlic Crabhouse’s signature spice brings new meaning to ‘Season of Change’. Less than 24 hours after Sam's Club debuted their June/July Source edition that the restaurant became inundated with phone calls. “People are calling from all across the country with Franchise offers and similar inquiries” says Elie Ferley, Founder of The Garlic Crabhouse.

“Children bring many things in the home…mine unlocked the Chef in me” says Elie. He purchased a sub shop with capital from other ventures and The Garlic Crabhouse was born. However, service is just not enough for this Restaurateur, as he prepares to manufacture his special garlic seasoning. Taking several months to perfect, his special garlic seasoning appreciates many of the items on the menu. Elie says “Some customers come in and only order the seasoned rice. Customers also order the garlic rice over the garlic fries”. This season will sell because it sails. A compliment to fish, meat, or poultry it ranks among the more well-known namebrands.
