WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR VOIT DEVELOPMENT’S WATERMAN BUSINESS PARK

San Bernardino, Calif. – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s corporate office in Irvine, California, is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for Phase I of Waterman Business Park, located on Parkcenter Circle North and Parkcenter Circle South at 1335 Waterman Avenue in San Bernardino, California. The project is being developed by Newport Beach-based Voit Development Company.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for seven industrial warehouse buildings ranging in size from 20,000 square feet to 40,000 square feet. Phase I includes seven buildings totaling approximately 180,000 square feet. The individual buildings include warehouse space, mezzanines ranging in size from 1,900 square feet to 3,500 square feet and speculative office space on the ground floors.

Construction is expected to be complete by Fall 2008. This project is being built by Valley Commercial Contractors of Woodland Hills, California.
