WARE MALCOMB RELOCATES IN GREENWOOD VILLAGE

Greenwood Village, Colorado - Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Denver office is proud to announce that we are relocating from our current office in Greenwood Village to the Greenwood Corporate Plaza Building 6, located at 6251 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Suite 100, in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Due to the steady growth of our Denver office, the new space will accommodate our expanding team and allow for continued expansion. “We chose a location close in proximity to our current office so that we are able to maintain our central location for clients and projects,” Regional Director, Matt Chaiken shares. “Ware Malcomb has been in the Denver Area since 2001, and as we celebrate our 35th anniversary as a company, we are excited to see our growth and potential locally in Denver as well as nationwide.”

Ware Malcomb provided full interior architecture and design for our new 4,169 square foot office space, which is located on the first floor of an existing three-story office building, owned and managed by Means-Knaus Partners, LP of Denver, Colorado.

The new space includes a reception area, two conference rooms, open offices, break room, as well as work and library areas. The image of our new office is one of a clean and modern design, including bold colors that accentuate the design of the suite.

Ware Malcomb Denver will be making the move into our new office on Friday, July 27th, with our doors officially opening on Monday, July 30th. Murray & Stafford, Inc. of Denver, Colorado, is the General Contractor for this project.
