Perry Homes opens in Old Orchard, located near Sugar Land

Perry Homes is now open in the new community of Old Orchard near FM 1464, just five miles from the Westpark Tollway and only one mile from U.S. 90A. With easy commutes to the Galleria area and downtown Houston, Old Orchard is in Richmond near Sugar Land.

Old Orchard is neighbored by the Houstonian Country Club and Shadow Hawk Golf Course, and proposed community amenities include a resort-style pool, recreation center and lakes.
