WEST ORANGE, NJ- July 28, 2007- I Survived Microsoft Office 2007, a book aimed at reducing the learning curve of the Microsoft Office suite, was released to publishers online today from Drop Work Now press. Written by Melanie Gass, President of CenterPoint Solution, this book is designed as a step-by-step reference manual and demystifies the new office ribbons and functions. It reviews the new features of Office® 2007, and compares the differences between prior Microsoft® editions and this latest version of Microsoft® Office® in a chart format. Vista®, Microsoft's® latest operating system software, is included in this book as well by addressing it’s new layout and functions.
A recent study by an independent research firm states that productivity in the first three weeks of using Office® 2007 is severely reduced while learning the new Microsoft® Office® System. Gass, an expert in Microsoft® Office®, believes she can reduce this curve through the learning’s in this book. Gass states, "I've been working with Office® 2007 for a year, and I wouldn't trade it for past versions now. This book takes my best methods of learning and helps reduce the learning curve and make people become more productive than ever."
