Penmac Personnel names Emma Lewis-Rogers as Branch Manager

Natchitoches, LOUISIANA – Penmac Personnel Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that Emma Lewis-Rogers has joined the company as Branch Manager. She will be based in Penmac’s Natchitoches branch. “We are very eager to have Emma join our dynamic team,” said Patti Penny, owner of Penmac Personnel. “Her background in workforce development, combined with her experience in job training and placements, is a welcome supplement to our company. Her addition enables us to further serve the community of Natchitoches.”
Lewis-Rogers will manage all aspects of the Natchitoches branch including developing new business, serving existing clients, recruiting associates, human resource and staffing solutions.
Before working with the Penmac Personnel, Lewis-Rogers gained ten years of experience from Welfare-to-Work and the Workforce Investment Act Initiatives, serving Natchitoches, DeSoto, Sabine and Red River Parishes. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Master of Arts in Sociology and Social Sciences. She has also taught at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Northwester State University and provided instruction at the Louisiana Technical College.
