The Memor is powered by Windows CE 5.0 and runs on an Intel XScale® microprocessor. It features a QVGA 65k color standard display with touchscreen, providing extra brightness and sharpness as well as a phone-like keyboard that makes the product user-friendly.

Ready to use out of the box, the Datalogic Mobile Memor features 64+128 MB of on-board memory, a user-accessible Secure Digital card slot to expand the storage capacity, and standard connectors on the base of the terminal for direct connection to the included compact power supply and mini-USB cable for data communication.
