Ying Hart joins Russell Bedford's Boston firm as Human Resources Manager

Ying Hart has joined Rucci Bardaro & Barrett, the Boston member of Russell Bedford International, as Human Resources Manager. Previously, she was HR Manager at the Home Depot. Her prior experience also includes HR positions with Pre-Owned Electronics in Bedford MA, Cambex Corporation of Waltham MA, and the former Digital Equipment Corporation and Wang Laboratories.

Ying Hart holds a master's degree in Counselor Education and a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Boston College.
