Elle Passion Salon Launches Summer Trend Collection 2007

Elle Passion a premium salon in Faridabad NCR revealed the latest hair color and style collection for the Summer 2007 last week at their academy and studio based at Sector 21 C Market.

Three models were chosen from the city to demonstrate the very now and global coloring and make up trends.

Speaking on the occasion, Veenu Singh, Creative Director, Elle Passion said, "We are predicting that this summer, we are going to see the return of light blondes, lots of gold, all seasons’ favourite copper and raspberry. Unlike 2006, which was dominated by reds, browns and chocolates, we are likely to see the variation this year. Gold Blonde, Ash Blonde, Matt Blonde, Platinum Blonde and a new avatar the Strawberry Blonde; blondes are no longer ‘only for European and white skinned’. With a little variation, mix and match, the Asian skin can be accentuated with the magic of blonde shades. Worldwide one can see return of the Gold in many ways like Gold ornaments, accessories and interiors. Gold and women have an everlasting relationship. This time we are predicting that the gold is going to stay for a while in the manner of marigold, gold blonde and honey gold".

Copper is the best friend of the Asian women. Due to its cooling properties, it is quite a favourite now a days. It can be worn as a global hair color, even as highlights block coloring and can be directly applied on henna treated hair without any pre lightening, she added.

The style we have chosen is a mix of contemporary and classic to give natural movement and volume. It is an ideal mix of sharp and soft looks. Soft edges have been used around the face and long and short fringes have been used for texturising effect.

Make up is primarily focused around eyes and lips. It is to support the style, color and final look we were targeting. Nude colors were used for the finished look.
