Nationally renowned wedding photojournalist, Julie Harris, signed an agreement this week with Treble Red Media of Denver, Colorado for branding, identity and website design work. The engagement will focus on renovating the Julie Harris Photography brand to reflect a more elegant, sophisticated and high-end commercial identity. The engagement will include the development of a new logo, the creation of a Flash and HTML website and a variety of print marketing materials including business cards, brochures and magnets.Also based in Denver, Julie Harris provides elite wedding photography services to clients in Colorado and across the globe. Ms. Harris’s wedding photography career began in 2003. Since then, Ms. Harris has photographed hundreds of weddings including the wedding of famed rocker from The Fray, David Welsh. Ms. Harris attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated with a degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis on photography.
Julie Harris’s website has enjoyed growing website traffic over the years and averages more than 37,000 unique visitors and approximately 300,000 page loads a month. Her fans extend across the nation and throughout the world with thousands of hits coming from overseas including Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The fact that her website draws so much attention has convinced Ms. Harris to move forward with a complete renovation of her online identity and brand. “The site has been great for me but it’s time for a change. I don’t want to be one of those photographers whose website looks about five years out of date. That would be bad for business and my reputation.”
