WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETE AND CONSTRUCTION STARTED FOR MADE IN NAPA VALLEY BUILD TO SUIT PROJECT

Napa Valley, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Northern California office is proud to announce that design is complete and construction has begun for the Made in Napa Valley project, located in Napa Valley, California.

Ware Malcomb is providing planning, architecture and interior design services for this approximately 55,000 square foot build-to-suit for Made in Napa Valley. The building houses the company’s corporate offices, a retail store, sales offices, test kitchen, tasting bar, manufacturing facilities and distribution facilities. Ware Malcomb is also providing architectural design services for an approximately 25,500 square foot speculative industrial building, located on the same 5.35 acre site. The project is estimated to be complete by the end of 2007.

The Developer of the project is Richard and Cynthia Long Trust, based out of Napa, California. The General Contractor is Andrews & Thornley also from Napa, California.
