With the Aloaha PDF Signator this widely used file format can now securely used for official business communication such as electronic invoicing, submitting of tenders or digital signing of contracts.
The Aloaha PDF Signator can sign and timestamp any existing PDF Document.
Aloaha does not require special prepared PDF documents or signature fields. Neither does it require any additional 3rd party software installed.
Created signature can be checked and indicated with the free Adobe Reader. To create signature validation protocols it is suggested to use the freeware Aloaha sign!
Image files such as BMP, JPG, TIFF, GIF, etc. will be automatically converted to PDF when opened in Aloaha!

Aloaha PDF Saver
Who has not come across the situation: You complete a PDF form in Acrobat Reader and when it comes to saving your data, nothing happens. Or worse: You close the program and all your data is lost. The reason for this is: Acrobat Reader cannot save any form field data! This is not only time consuming but also very unpleasant.
Aloha PDF Saver eliminates this problem in a very easy way! Once this software solution has been installed, all filled out PDF forms can be saved locally directly to PDF. No need to mention that all forms that have been filled once can be read again with the included data and also altered at a later date or send by email.
Handling is extremely easy. Just open a PDF file, fill in all form fields and save.
Files which exist in image formats such as BMP, TIF, FAX, JPG, GIF, etc can be opened as PDF!

Aloaha PDF Crypter
Standard PDF Encryption with owner and/or user passwords used to be the only PDF protection in the past. Unfortunately passwords do not stop somebody of passing the PDF document on to somebody else. Even worse is the fact that PDF passwords can be removed very easy. The owner password for example can be removed in a matter of seconds without even knowing the password.
The Aloaha PDF Crypter solves these PDF limitations. Aloaha encrypts the PDF documents with the public key(s) of the user allowed to read/display the PDF document.
Certificate encrypted documents cannot be passed on to a third person - thus making them the ideal solution for eBook distribution or secure sealing of documents.
Producing of certificate encrypted PDF documents has never been that easy. Make sure that only legit persons are able to open your sensitive documents.
