Keller Williams Realty of Hendersonville Steps Up for 25th Annual City Christmas Parade

Hendersonville, TN—-July 19, 2007—-Keller Williams Realty of Hendersonville announced today that they will be taking the reins for the 2007 Hendersonville Christmas Parade. The Chamber of Commerce has coordinated past parades, but in an effort to focus more on the business community, the Chamber realized it needed to hand off coordination of this event.

Steve Luther, a Real Estate Broker with TheGoodLife Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty and an active Chamber member, has been involved with the parade for the past five years. He presented the idea of organizing the parade to the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams, and they jumped at the chance to work with the community to make this event even bigger and better than ever.

Steve said, “Our agents are working on making this year’s parade part of a weekend of festivities for Hendersonville. We are changing the parade date to Sunday, December 2nd and working with local businesses, churches and service organizations to include their events throughout the weekend.”

Plans are being made for the City tree lighting festivities to kick off the weekend, the First Annual Gingerbread Competition at Our Lady of the Lake Church being judged by Bluegrass Country Club Chef Josh Kiev, carriage rides to take you to key events and boutiques, a live concert, and the annual Boat Parade.
