RALEIGH, N.C. – The 6th Annual Big Bad Ball, a black tie event hosted by the Young Executives Board of the Capital City Club, was recognized with a Standing Ovation award as the top Triangle charity event in Metro Magazine’s 2007 MetroBravo Awards. The charity event, which in 2006 was attended by over 450 people and raised $135,000 to benefit Hospice of Wake County, received the award based on a readers’ survey. This year’s Big Bad Ball will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007, at the Capital City Club in Raleigh.
