Diamond Bar - DARCORP Properties, Inc. recently announced the sale of King George Garden Office, a 24,875 square foot facility constructed in 1971, in Dallas, TX. Charles A. German of Darcorp’s California office represented the buyer in the transaction. The property was acquired by a California-based private investor who intends to reposition the property.

The King George Garden Office complex is centrally located just west of Interstate 35E and Northwest of Highway 183. The complex is within close proximity to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and its adjoining hospitals, Parkland Memorial and Zale Lipshy.
