REP Commercial Negotiates $5.1 Million Sale of 29 Acres of Prime Residential Land in Anaheim, Calif.

The purchase price was approximately $5.1 million.

“The property, which has been known as the Canyon Hills Manor, is prime infill view residential property,” said Jeff Gaynor of REP Commercial. “This is an excellent opportunity for the buyer.” No specific development plans have been announced.

The buyer was a private investor. The seller was Waddell Foods, Inc.
