buy.at appoints two new Business Development Managers - Micky Khanna joins form MIVA and Andy Guest from Zanox

buy.at, the UK’s largest independent affiliate marketing network, has recruited two Business Development Managers. Andy Guest, former Account Director at Zanox, and Micky Khanna, Group Head, Agency Sales at MIVA are joining the network with immediate effect. Both will report to Peter Mycock, Sales Director at buy.at, with responsibility to grow new and existing business from digital agencies and direct clients.Micky Khanna spent three years at MIVA managing a team of nine with responsibility for key accounts including eBay as well as several leading digital agencies. Prior to that he was part of the launch team for the Daily Mail’s Londonjobs.co.uk, which went on to become one of the top five recruitment sites in the UK. He also launched the UK's first recruitment website for the hospitality industry, www.hcareers.co.uk in 2001, working with leading brands including Hilton Hotels, Thistle, Intercontinental and Sheraton.
Andy Guest brings nine years of sales experience in digital marketing. Most recently he worked at Zanox developing new business channels for the affiliate marketing network including a hybrid model combining CPA and CPM sales, and managed accounts including Amazon and Staples. Prior to that he worked at Kelkoo structuring CPC deals with leading digital agencies and spent two years at AdLink before that brokering inventory between networks and clients. He developed AdLink’s first search marketing product, drawing on his three years experience at Mirago and Overture, where he was responsible for developing new sectors including property. Guest began his career as a Sales Consultant for GoJobsite in 1998.

The recruitment of Guest and Khanna follows a series of high-profile appointments at buy.at. Most recently, the former MD of OMG Network, Louise Green, joined as Client Services Director and Peter Mycock was recruited from Experian to be Sales Director. In the past few months the network has re-launched its management area to offer real-time campaign analytics for existing clients and affiliates and won significant new business including Dial-a-Phone and Match.com
