The Hampshire Generational Fund Sells 23,990-Square-Foot Retail Building in Warsaw, Ind.

Warsaw, Ind. (July 14, 2007) – The Hampshire Companies, a full service, private real estate investment fund manager with equity in assets valued at over $1.5 billion, recently announced the disposition of a 23,990-square-foot retail building located at 3600 Commerce Drive in Warsaw, Ind. The sale was made to Cole Capital Partners, LLC on behalf of The Hampshire Generational Fund, one of the firm’s private equity real estate investment funds tailored to high net worth investors.Situated on 2.5 acres, this free standing single-tenant retail building is currently leased to Staples, a leading office products company.
