New LCD Keyboard Drawer with 8-Port KVM RMK-327

City of Industry, CA (May 2005) – Broadax Systems Inc. has introduced a new LCD Keyboard Drawer with an 8-Port KVM. This unit has a 17” TFT Active Matrix LCD Monitor that ensures that every last detail will be seen. Also included is an 8-Port KVM switch, which guarantees fast switching from one unit to another. Integrated is a notebook type keyboard with a separate cursor pad. The RMK-327 has been designed to mount in a 19” Rack. It can withdraw from the Rack with the supplied slides, which latch in the extended position. There is a set of Push Buttons that allow you to access the OSD Menu and set your display properties. Any of the 8 computers that are connected to this unit can be accessed by a push of a button right on top of the keyboard.

The LCD of the RMK-327 can display 16 million colors, runs at 280 nits and has a contrast ratio of 400:1. When the LCD is folded down occupies just 1U of rack height. The LCD Backlight automatically powers off when the LCD is folded down to conserved energy and prolong the life of the unit. The RMK-327 can operate in temperatures between 32 – 122 degrees F. This unit uses HDB-15 connectors for the console and HDB-15 VGA along with USB connectors for the PCs. The input signal to the RMK-327 is an RGB analog video. The Dimensions are 19.0”(W) X 1.75”(H) X 24.6”(D)
