CardioChek® Meter Available at Target Stores Nationwide

(INDIANAPOLIS – July 11, 2007) – Polymer Technology Systems, Inc., a provider of Point-of-Care diagnostic products to healthcare and consumer industries, announces today that their CardioChek analyzer and Test Strips® are now available at over 600 Target pharmacies nationwide. Target will carry the analyzer and accompanying PTS Panels® Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol and Triglycerides Test Strip kits, allowing consumers to monitor their levels whenever they choose and in the privacy and convenience of their own home.

The CardioChek system is a hand-held diagnostic analyzer used with PTS Panels Test Strips for personal, at-home testing of cholesterol and other cardiac risk factors. The system monitors these key health indicators related to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Test results are displayed within two minutes. It can be programmed to display in one of six languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
