Malibu, CA – July 12, 2007— Holmes Defender of the Faith, the production company founded by executive producers Jeff Armstrong (Satellite Films and A Band Apart) and Ben Dossett (Windmill Lane Productions and A Band Apart) has signed multi award-winning director Bo Krabbe for representation in the North American commercial and music video marketplace. One of the leading commercial directors in Southeast Asia, the Danish born, United States-educated filmmaker has shot campaigns for nearly every international advertising agency and their Fortune Five Hundred clients over the course of the last decade. He joins a roster that includes directors Andy Dick, Brandon Donovan, Marcel Langenegger, Robert Luketic, Spike Lee, Keenen Wayans and Forest Whitaker.“Not only everyone in our agency, but everyone who is anyone in the industry, wants to work with him because he adds that special something others simply cannot,” said Gary Caulfield, executive creative director, Ogilvy & Mather, Indonesia.

Over the past decade, the multi-lingual Krabbe has brought his storytelling, in-camera and post production effects skills to commercials airing in multiple languages across numerous markets. He has shot worldwide for a long list of clients including Volkswagen and LHM, Singapore; Coca-Cola and McCann Erickson, Jakarta; and Lipton Ice Tea and J. Walter Thomson, Jakarta. Krabbe’s 2006 ”Play Your Energy” campaign for Nestles Milo and Ogilvy, Jakarta was credited with setting a new direction for the beverage’s international advertising efforts.
Krabbe has won nearly two-dozen Adoi and Citra Pariwara Advertising Awards, the top advertising trophies of Southeast Asia and Indonesia, respectively. At Citra Pariwara 2006, he earned six honors, including a Gold Award for Animation and Visuals for a spot for dairy company Greenfield and M&C Saatchi and at the 2005 show, he earned three honors including the Silver Award for Best Directing for energy drink Extra Joss and Lowe, Indonesia.
