Olive Kids Helps a little boys Make-A-Wish come true

Esteban Zubiran is 5 years old battling cancer that wants to be a fireman when he grows up! To help him start living his dream the Make-a-Wish foundation, the Phoenix Arizona fire department along with members of their community rushed in to turn this little boy’s room into fire station. To help pull the room together another Make-a-Wish volunteer Mr. Carlos Inostroza started searching the internet to find fireman bedding and accessories and that is how he found Olive Kids. Olive Kids has a hero’s collection of bedding and accessories, which he thought were perfect to decorate Esteban’s new bedroom.
Carlos contacted Anita Oliveira and Russell Brandwein owners of Olive Kids to see if they would be able to make a donation to help this little boys dream come true! Olive Kids was glad to help and told them to put together a list of everything they wanted and they would be happy to donate the products!
The Phoenix fire department lead by Make-a-Wish volunteer and firefighter Tommy Reeve started by cutting down an actual fire truck to be mounted on his bedroom wall, with a drivers seat along with working flashing lights! Numerous other Phoenix firefighter donated their personal time to re-do bund beds, a fire hydrant and put all the finishing touches on the room with the Olive Kids products.
Olive Kids donated bedding for bunk beds, shams, plush pillows, a rug, wallpaper cuts-outs, a growth chart, window treatments, and a personalized clock and framed print with the brothers’ names on them.
Sandra and David Esteban parents were very grateful to everyone for helping make their son dream come true! Olive Kids was glad to be part of his Make A Wish come true! The best ending of the story is the Esteban is in full remission everyone’s wish for Esteban!
