WARE MALCOMB AND KDG INVESTMENTS, INC. ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED FOR FIG STREET CROSSING

Murrieta, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s San Diego office is proud to announce that design is completed for the Fig Street Crossing office complex, located on Fig Street and Jefferson Avenue in Murrieta, California. The project is being developed by Fig Street Crossing, LLC, and being built by KDG Investments, Inc. of Irvine, California.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural and interior design services for the five single story speculative office buildings totaling approximately 29,764 square feet. Building C will have a complete speculative office tenant improvement design for four tenants totaling approximately 5,347 square feet. Building D initially includes tenant improvements for a single speculative tenant suite, totaling approximately 1,300 square feet to act as a model for future buyers. All of the buildings will have enhanced entries with stone clad exterior details and textured stucco application over concrete masonry units.
