JuneParenting Launches a New Website on Parenting Tips through Interesting Contents and Interactive Features

June Goh (July 2007) - JuneParenting proudly announces the launch of juneparenting.com - an online website focusing on parenting tips for parents and parents-to-be. With interesting contents and interactive features, it sets out to help families find the answers to their concerns. JuneParenting's goal is to share with parents in Singapore and other parts of the world how to bring out the best in their child and enhance family lives.

Juneparenting.com is the brainchild of JuneParenting and parent-joy.blogspot.com. Founder, June Goh, is a mother of 4 children aged 15 - 23. Like many working parents, June had to juggle between work and home. To her, quality time was important and she was always trying to find fun things to do with her children.

Thus far, they have been good kids. June said: "All the 4 children are very independent. In fact, I had taught my 2 younger girls how to cook since they were 10 and 12 when the last maid left. Both girls can now cook pretty well. Although at times, there are challenges, they are basically 'obedient' teenagers. So with 4 kids, I also grew with them, learnt their likes and dislikes, needs, desires and many more …"
JuneParenting is designed to allow parents an avenue to post messages, chat or read articles about parenting with easy-to-refer contents such as:

Besides writing articles for this website, June also gives talks to schools and the public. For schools, she had conducted courses on financial management, time management, goal setting and how to persevere in your studies. To the public, she touched on topics like family bonding and other related concerns. June is also a volunteer with Art Outreach that teaches children art appreciation. So far, she has been to more than 10 primary schools and shared with the students on the various aspects of art.

June is passionate in helping parents to bond with their children. More importantly, she believes parents can inspire their children to excel in their studies and equip their young ones with a mindset of excellence. She also believes in sharing with parents the essential tools to equip their young children or teenagers with a strong sense of self-belief, responsibility and resoluteness to succeed in life.
