The presentation of Vital records PortaVault, narrated by the founder - Sherie Dodsworth, clearly outlines the special features of PortaVault – in terms of its usefulness for purposes of storage and transportation.

Vital Records PortaVault, the company’s flagship product was developed by Securita Inc. to accomplish 2 things:
- To organize all the records and documents commonly found in a home, in one place
- To transport records and documents easily

The PortaVault is designed to hold all kinds of vital records and documents – and is therefore a versatile product that can be used anywhere – at home or in the office, by anyone - individuals, corporates, students, and the elderly alike.

The PortaVault has some unique tools like – labels, section dividers and forms that make documentation easy. The labeling system allows the user to apply labels to records and documents so that they can be easily retrieved at a later date. The section dividers are printed with user tips and helpful hints, to assist the user in using the system. The system also includes seven forms to assist in organizing and preparing for emergencies.
