Bayside Business Solutions, the makers of FactorSoft, the portfolio management software platform for factors and accounts receivable financers of all sizes, announces two significant enhancements to its FactorSoft Live product.Customizable Web capability that self-hosted FactorSoft users now enjoy will be available to FactorSoft Live users. This will provide the capability for the FactorSoft Live user’s clients to gain real-time access to their data through the Web. Additionally those clients will be able to submit information in the form of invoices, new debtors, credit requests, disbursement request, and other information directly to the factor via the Web.
“The Web Module has proven time after time to increase overall productivity and improve customer service for FactorSoft users. It is our most popular add-on feature, and we are delighted to be able to offer it now to FactorSoft Live clients as well,” said company founder, Russ Opper. The Web Module will be an optional feature in FactorSoft Live.
Additionally, FactorSoft Live will now include Reports Scheduler which will provide the factor the ability to schedule and run various tasks independent of the actual real-time operation. Specific reports, for example, can be tasked to run at specific times and automatically emailed to clients, again providing additional operational efficiency and automation. This enhancement, which is currently in the self hosted FactorSoft version, will be included in the base FactorSoft Live product.
