Mark leads and manages application architecture initiatives for Great American Insurances (GAI)' front-end underwriting and policy issuance systems. Mark also performs an Enterprise Architecture role and is a member of GAI's Architecture Review Board. He has played a lead role in defining GAI's open source acquisition, usage, support, and governance strategy.
