“The agent can get more specific if they want to,” adds co-founder Dave Conklin. “They can target homes by minimum square footage, sale date, the year they were built and taxable property value. We do all the work…the agent just has to tell us who to send the cards to.”

Co-founder Rory Wilfong adds that being able to target homes based on sale date is crucial. “The average homeowner moves every 7 years,” he says. “I’m still amazed at how many agents don’t know this.”
