Indianapolis, IN; May 25, 2005 – Perception Strategies, Inc. has purchased a 3500 sq. ft. building, located at 5827 N. Post Road in historic Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis, Indiana. The renovated 85-year-old space, which housed Army nurses for eight decades, is the new Perception Strategies headquarters location.

Perception Strategies, a healthcare customer service research company, is
owned and operated by Kevin and Brooke Billingsley, who bring over 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing and customer service. Headquartered in Indianapolis, the firm has served hospitals and healthcare system clients in 17 states and the District of Columbia. The company utilizes 150 subcontractors who have performed more than 21,000 customer service evaluations. In the last three years, its revenue and headquarters staff have doubled. Sales are forecasted at $1 million for 2005.
