WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETE AND CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR TOYOTA SAN FRANCISCO REGION TRAINING FACILITY

San Ramon, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to corporate and commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Northern California office is proud to announce the design is complete and construction has begun for Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Inc.’s expansion of their current San Francisco Region Training Facility. This facility is located within Bishop Ranch Business Park at 2451 Bishop Drive, San Ramon, California.

Ware Malcomb is providing interior and exterior architectural design services for the 14,000 square foot expansion. The expansion includes the addition of new service bays, three classrooms, a break room and administrative/support areas. Also included are interior improvements to the existing facility to allow for the addition of the Lexus service training area.
