ATLANTA SURGEONS KNOCKED OUT BY "KNOCKED UP" REFERENCE

June 24, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Entertainment News
LOS ANGELES, California, June 24, 2007-Moviegoers were surprised to find references to vaginal rejuvenation in the hit movie, "Knocked Up." Even more surprised are Atlanta-based surgeons, Dr. John Miklos and Dr. Robert Moore.

"Since that reference we've been getting phone calls from people asking if we really can tighten and repair vaginas after childbirth,"says Dr. Miklos, of The Atlanta Center of Laparoscopic Urogynecology.

During one of the most entertaining scenes of the movie, Alison Scott (Katherine Heigl) screams at Ben Stone (Seth Rogen), "My vagina will never look the same after this!!"

In an attempt to calm the hysteric Alison, Ben replies: "I'll get you vaginal reconstructive surgery!"

With the procedure mentioned for the first time in a mainstream movie, Miklos and Moore are finding themselves in even greater demand.

Dr. Moore says, "This isn't something Hollywood made up. This is a real procedure which offers real benefits for real women."
