gomembers, Inc. has announced that goRaiser, the first of five on-demand management services, has gone live on May 18th,2005 with the goRaiser Early Adopter Program (GEAP). The GEAP offers participating organizations the opportunity to use this new service for free for the first year. In addition to no monthly fees, the GEAP users will bypass the set-up fee as well. Several organizations took advantage of the Early Adopter program and are well on their way to gaining the benefits of this modern, Microsoft .Net based software solution.goRaiser allows associations and non-profit organizations to manage their fundraising efforts without having to purchase any licensing software or expensive equipment. This web-based “on-demand” product enables its users to easily navigate through its campaign management, gift & pledge management, and wizard-based setup features. goRaiser also allows its users to send out broadcast emails to market campaigns, monitor and report on results toward any number of campaigns, and review reports using a printer-friendly version or export to MS EXCEL for further editing.
In order for a product to be considered “on-demand”, it must meet three criteria:
1. Self managed – users can set up and control the use of the product internally for staff or volunteers and externally for donors and visitors.
2. No training required – training is offered if needed, but goRaiser was built with wizards, live support for on-line help, and several other user hints.
3. Pay as you go price model – with goRaiser’s simple sign up and menu choices, users pay for what they need when they need it.
