Los Angels, CA-American Contract Services of Arizona and California was purchased by a fortune 1000 Retail Digital Imaging Corporation with over 700 retail locations in the United States. The digital imaging company that bought American Contract Services prefers to remain unnamed in this release. Corporate Acquisitions Group (CAG) helped facilitate the sale by representing the buyer and seller in helping with obtaining valuation, coming to terms on the price, and giving the buyer and seller the trust they needed to complete the sale in a timely fashion.
Revenues for American Contract Services were approximately $23 million in 2005 and $19 million in 2004. Adjusted earnings for those years add up to $1.923 million in 2004 and $1.767 million in 2005.
Assets transferred from the sale included inventory, vehicles, client base, and intangible assets for the price of $10.816 million dollars on October 31, 2006. Currently the companies have fully merged and are enjoying a steady increase in business as one entity.
