Los Angeles, CA eProductSource.com (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Watermark Concepts, Inc.) is “making digital information product creation easy,” said company co-founder, Michael Tompkins. Their new Product Creation & Promotion Service (PCPS), which is set to launch on June 23, 2007, will allow the budget-conscious, small business to develop a line of multimedia rich digital products, without needing technical resources. The PCPS offers a simple method to develop multimedia products, as well as promotional giveaways or bonuses. Clients simply dial in to a conference bridge and are interviewed on their topic of expertise. From this, a full, edited version of the interview is turned into an audio file. Secondly, interesting tidbits are extrapolated from the interview to create a shorter teaser audio file, which can be used for streaming sound bytes online or as a download for prospects. Additionally, an e-book in PDF format is created from the interview transcripts. Lastly, a narrated slide show presentation in QuickTime format is created.
The product suite is then announced through a professionally written press release, which is picked up by major news outlets and search engines. Additional promotion and marketing support is offered by eProductSource for one-year via bi-monthly training calls, as well as phone and email support.
Tompkins adds that, “In the information age, know-how and expertise is in demand. The smart business owner understands this concept, as well as the importance of branding and credibility. Large corporations with hefty advertising budgets have the luxury of building brands and establishing credibility through high level exposure, of course, at extravagant prices. While small business owners are always looking for smart, efficient business building tools that add value, and bolster the brand name, without breaking the bank. This is the audience we’ll provide great value to.”
Tompkins stresses that the secret to success online is, “Credibility and branding – no different than the traditional business.
“Digital info products are typically inexpensive to create, have high profit potential, and there are no overhead or shipping costs. They’re an ideal method for showcasing expertise, brand-building, and ultimately boosting credibility in the consumer’s eyes. The only problem with digital info products, until now, is the time required to create these products, and the technology required is not always readily available.”
To start, the service will be limited to 50 charter members. A web/telephone simulcast on June 23 will overview and officially launch eProductSource’s Product Creation & Promotion Service. For details, please visit http://www.eProductSource.com
