Professional Exhibits & Graphics Doubles Warehouse Capacity

Professional Exhibits & Graphics (PE&G) – a premiere full service trade show exhibit company, opened a new 25,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Milpitas, California that more than doubles the size of their trade show exhibit storage capacity. This new location was launched June 1, 2007 and features a 30’ clear height space that provides additional storage capacity. PE&G currently has three warehouse facilities where clients can preview their trade show exhibits prior to the trade show; view trade show booth rentals; and purchase pre-owned trade show displays from the warehouse floor.

According to Dick Wheeler, President of Professional Exhibits & Graphics, “Due to our rapid growth of 45% in 2006, 20% in 2005 and 50% in 2004; we greatly needed to expand our warehouse capacity. We anticipate our substantial growth to continue and plan to expand into our adjacent Milpitas storage space— making a total of 50,000 sq ft in Milpitas— when our lease comes due in January 2010.”
Professional Exhibits & Graphics currently has a staff of 12 full time warehouse employees who set up, inspect and preview trade show properties prior to the trade show exhibit. The staff does a comprehensive dry run before the actual trade show — inspecting every detail of the trade show exhibit to make sure nothing is damaged or missing. When the trade show is over, they disassemble the trade show displays and make a comprehensive trade show exhibit report. The trade show booths are then safely stored along with the clients’ trade show collateral materials including trade show equipment, literature, incentives, etc.

A big plus for the client is the PE&G asset management software program where the trade show client can view his/her exhibit property 24/7. It is a versatile and dynamic event planning program that gives clients virtual access to all trade show exhibit inventory and show-related materials stored at PE&G’s warehouse facilities.
