Iglesias Sings Catman Cohen's "Father You Believed" on Coverville Radio

Recently featured in Rolling Stone, America's popular, award-winning Coverville Radio brought its listeners to tears this Fathers Day with the
sweet, mournful, Henry Iglesias cover version of FATHER YOU BELIEVED, music and lyrics by the mysterious and controversial silhouette songwriter, Catman Cohen.

At a time when far too many Americans have lost fathers in Afghanistan and Iraq, Catman Cohen's ode to his dead father touched a special place within listeners' hearts. In the Henry Iglesias cover version, Henry's powerful voice breaks as he laments that "all your life, I never showed you enough love."

FATHER YOU BELIEVED is one of Catman Cohen's most heartfelt songs and the Henry Iglesias version can be found on Catman's second CD entitled, "How I Want to Live: the Catman Chronicles 2.

Featuring angelic background vocals by Russian songstress, Elizaveta (Elly K), and a wailing saxophone by George Englund, son of Academy Award winner, Cloris Leachman, FATHER YOU BELIEVED inspired such strong feelings in
songwriter Catman Cohen that he placed two different versions on both his CD's.

"I only hope FATHER YOU BELIEVED serves as a small yet potent musical antidote against the overwhelming avalanche of hostile, anti-family lyrics that seem to be the popular vogue in today's often cynical and mercenary music biz. It's gotten to the point where it's considered 'rebellious' to write songs honoring important institutions and figures in our society."
