Magnetic Expands Office Space to Accommodate Rapid Growth

TAMPA, Fla. – (June 20, 2007) – Magnetic, a full-service Web development firm celebrating its 10th anniversary, has completed build-out of an additional 2,215 square feet of office space to accommodate its rapidly growing business.

In the past year, Magnetic’s staff doubled in size from 13 to 25 employees, and that figure will continue to grow through the end of 2007.

The new space is housed in a 6,480-square-foot office building at 5325 Primrose Lake Circle in the Tampa Palms Professional Center, which Magnetic acquired in May 2005. The company assumed immediate occupancy of 4,265 square feet and held the remaining space in reserve to accommodate future growth.

The expansion will accommodate an additional 15 employees and provide each departmental team, including sales, account management and administrative, with its own area. The expansion, which includes a second conference room, also allowed Magnetic to triple the space for Gooddeals.com, an online retail spin-off that sells hard-to-find electronics and home items.

The entire space is characterized by a modern, open design featuring stained concrete floors and indirect, ergonomically correct lighting, all of which fosters creativity among employees. In addition, the rear of the building contains a wooden deck overlooking a lake and preserve that attracts herons, alligators and other Florida wildlife. Employees frequently enjoy the outdoor setting for lunch, playing with radio controlled boats and even quick fishing jaunts.
