Windward Instruments, and it's retail divisions bellclocks.com and oceanclocks.com, have joined several of the countries top companies in sponsorship of the Open Internet Coalition.

Other sponsor companies include eBay, Google, PayPal, Skype, and YouTube.

The Open Internet Coalition represents consumers, grassroots organizations, and businesses working in pursuit of a shared goal: keeping the Internet fast, open and accessible to all Americans.

In a statement from Windward Instruments Business Director: "Windward Instruments is committed to doing everything we can to keep the internet an open resource for business, research, and recreation". "As Government and legislative efforts continue to tax and restrict access to the internet, this type of sponsorship has become more crucial".

Windward Instruments urges all internet users to support the coalition by communicating with their elected officials and representatives.

Please contact Windward Instruments, or the Open Internet Coalition for more information on how you may become involved.

About the Open Internet Coalition:
The Internet has been the most successful platform for economic growth, innovation and discovery in our nation’s history. The Open Internet Coalition represents consumers, grassroots organizations, and businesses working in pursuit of a shared goal: keeping the Internet fast, open and accessible to all Americans.
Our coalition speaks for tens of millions of Americans and spans the entire political spectrum. We stand together for protecting an open Internet where everyone can access what they want when they want. In Washington and state capitals across the country we’re working for policies like network neutrality and universal access to high-speed Internet connections that will benefit all of us, not just the large phone and cable companies who sell connections to the Internet.
