Singapore, June 20, 2007 ¨C On May 25th, Singapore-based E-learning giant SkyQuestCom officially welcomed its overseas delegates at the Singapore Changi Airport. A high-spirited SkyQuestCom welcoming party, comprising local staff and top management, greeted delegates from China, Japan and India. They have specially arrived for the International Rally 2007, the global award-winning company¡¯s biggest event of the year.
Jointly supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), SkyQuestCom¡¯s International Rally is a prestigious event that annually honours its valued distributors for their outstanding achievements in doing SkyQuestCom as a global E-learning business.
"SkyQuestCom is proud of our collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board to host such a global event. Together, we are delighted to welcome our delegation to show them the warm hospitality that Singapore is renowned for," said SkyQuestCom CEO Mr. Richard Tan. "We cherish our distributors and we want to welcome them with open arms because we care. They truly deserve the best recognition that we can offer them." added Mr. Tan.
As a true testimonial to Mr. Tan's heartfelt comments, the delegates received red-carpet treatment like movie stars and experienced a warm hospitality that was second to none.
They were warmly greeted by vibrant welcome banners, personalised signages and standees, drawing admiring looks from passers-by. Even the photographers could not stop snapping pictures and the resulting flashes of camera light made the carnival atmosphere seem like the arrival of a famous celebrity.
SkyQuestCom Director Mr. Patrick Liew was also at hand to present thoughtful gifts to the delegates individually. They were jubilant as they each received a miniature plush "chilli crab" that holds a special meaning.
Relating an analogy from these interesting souvenirs, Mr. Liew quipped, "There's a lesson to learn from these famous chilli crabs besides them being Singapore's hottest delicacy! And that is, when faced with adverse obstacles that thwart their survival, crabs hold on tight, and never give up. Similarly, we should all be resilient to achieve success."
Together with their accompanying guides, the delegates were then ushered onto their awaiting transport that took them to their first-class accommodation - Swissotel, The Stamford Singapore, one of Asia's finest luxury hotels.
