Videre Conferencing Adds Sales and Operations Executives for Mid-Atlantic and NY Region

Quincy, Massachusetts – June 13, 2007 –Videré Conferencing today announced the appointment of Pat Moon as director of sales engineering and operations for the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region and Mike Kinney as the director of sales engineering and operations for the New York and New Jersey region, underscoring the company’s growth in these areas. Videré Conferencing is a leading provider of videoconferencing, HD solutions, AV integration and managed services.In their new positions, Kinney and Moon will lead all pre- and post-sales customer support requirements, including system consultation, design, planning, implementation and support.
Kinney joins Videré Conferencing after several years implementing sophisticated audio visual presentation rooms and IP and ISDN-based video conferencing networks for a large regional AV integrator. Previously, he worked at a major telecommunications company as a video conferencing sales engineer. During that time, he achieved CVE certification, the industry standard for technical proficiency. Kinney began his career with a computer reseller and earned a number of Microsoft and Cisco networking certifications while also achieving honors for sales of IBM servers.
Prior to joining Videré Conferencing, Moon served as the director of technology and technical marketing for the network systems division of Polycom, where he worked on the release of the MGC firewall gateway technology and the first generation Polycom Unified Conferencing Solutions. Earlier, Moon was a member of the Polycom Accord Acquisition team, working on technology integration and planning the technology roadmap. Prior to Polycom, Moon served as technology and technical marketing manager for Accord Networks. He also served as senior sales and systems engineer at VTEL, where he designed, implemented and managed the first network management center for what would later become The Sprint Meeting Channel Network. Moon has received a number of awards for his technical contributions, including Systems Engineer of the Year from VTEL.
