OC Pavilion Welcomes Guitarist/Songwriter Rusty Anderson

The world class OC Pavilion (www.ocpavilion.com) is pleased to welcome modern rock guitarist and songwriter Rusty Anderson on Friday, August 24th to the main stage theater.

Rusty Anderson has led a balanced career as a well-respected sideman and studio musician along with his solo career. He has performed with top musicians such as Paul McCartney, Ricky Martin, Neil Diamond, and Stewart Copeland. His guitar solo was featured on the breakthrough hit “Livin’ La Vida Loca” and he performed on several top selling McCartney albums.

In 2005, Anderson released his first solo album, Undressing Underwater. The album showcases his vocal range and musical talents, from rock guitar to hammered dulcimer and pedal steel. The album includes contributions from McCartney, Copeland, David Kahne and a number of other musicians that Anderson has worked with over the years.

The event begins at 8:00 PM and doors to the OC Pavilion and Ambrosia Restaurant open at 5:00 PM. Dinner reservations are highly recommended.

The OC Pavilion is home to an intimate 529 person capacity theatre and the 5-star, world class restaurant Ambrosia. The Vault VIP Lounge is open before and after each theatre performance, offering appetizers, drinks and desserts featuring a live jazz trio. The Vault VIP Lounge, formerly a bank vault, retains its authenticity by keeping the original vault doors while incorporating the feel of an upscale lounge with custom leather seating and hightop pedestal tables.
