WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED &CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR THE EDGE AT CAMPUS EL SEGUNDO

El Segundo, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior and graphic design services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Los Angeles office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for The Edge at Campus El Segundo located between Nash Street and Atwood Way in El Segundo, California. The project is owned by AMB Property Corporation of San Francisco, California and is being developed by its partner Mar Ventures, Inc. of Torrance, California.

Ware Malcomb is providing planning and architectural design services for this 217,740 square foot office and retail project. The project will include fifteen office buildings totaling 198,140 square feet and two retail buildings totaling 19,600 square feet. The speculative office buildings will range in size from 7,718 square feet to 19,807 square feet. The first retail building consists of 7 speculative suites totaling 8,400 square feet. The second retail building consists of 9 speculative suites totaling 11,200 square feet. All buildings are being offered for sale to multiple owners.
