In this position, Rice is responsible for being the day-to-day contact for employee inquiries regarding Castleton services as well as working to implement programs and solutions for businesses, including employee handbooks, job descriptions, new hire orientations and training seminars. Prior to joining the firm, Rice was employed at Merck & Co., Inc. Rice graduated from Michigan State University in 2005 and earned her master’s degree in labor relations and human resources.
