Flirty Girl Fitness Opens Flagship Center in Chicago, June 2007

Chicago, IL (June 2007) –Sisters Kerry and Krista Knee are pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Flirty Girl Fitness, Chicago’s women-only health and fitness lifestyle facility featuring classes that focus on empowerment for women. Located in Chicago’s West Loop at 1325 W. Randolph, Flirty Girl Fitness features over thirty-one unique and fun classes, a Coyote Ugly Bar, boutique, Health Café, Spa and private parties.

Flirty Girl Fitness is dedicated to creating a premiere women’s lifestyle facility that is outrageously unique and sexy to inspire women to get fit and feel fabulous. Flirty Girl Fitness inspires every woman to create a healthy, lively and sexy body image packed with confidence and beauty.

Flirty Girl Fitness is the brainchild of sisters Kerry and Krista Knee, who opened their first center in Toronto in December 2005. “We were watching an episode of Oprah featuring Terri Hatcher demonstrating a sexy workout class she takes in LA,” explained Kerry. “It looked like a blast and we just had to try it.” Like so many other women, the sisters tried to find a similar class in Toronto but found nothing was offered.

After their success with the first Flirty Girl Fitness Studio in Toronto, Kerry and Krista decided to bring their Flirtiness to the U.S. The Chicago Flirty Girl Fitness will open in May 2007. Designed by Architect Antonio Tadrissi, the 7,500 square foot home of Flirty Girl Fitness is not your everyday gym. Elypticals, treadmills and stationary bikes are replaced with brass dance poles, leather lap dancing chairs, a Coyote ugly dance bar and a large lounge area. A few of the unbelievably unique and enticing classes include Pole Dancing, Striptease Aerobics, Chair Dancing and Hula Hoop’Lah. Flirty Girls can also kick some butt with Hottie Body Boxing and Flirty Fight Club classes which include boxing bags and pink boxing gloves! There is definitely no shortage of laughing at Flirty Girl Fitness!

Flirty Girl Fitness transforms into one of Chicago’s hottest nightlife scenes after-hours, providing a perfect venue for parties. Party packages are available for every occasion including birthdays, girls’ night out, bachelorette parties and even corporate gatherings.

The Flirty Girl Fitness specialty is a Luxury Bachelorette Party Package, which includes class instruction for the bride-to-be and her guests, cocktails, fine catering, makeovers, manicures, and gift bags that include a digital photo album of the evening for the bride-to-be. Then the whole party is whisked off in a limo to the hottest clubs in town with VIP access especially arranged for them by Flirty Girl Fitness.

Flirty Girl Fitness will also feature a Health Café with nutritional foods for Flirty Girls on the go!

Flirty Girl Fitness will be open Monday through Thursday 11a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11a.m. – 12 a.m. and closed on Sundays. Extended hours are available for private bookings.
A Flirty Girl Fitness Membership is $120per month and includes unlimited classes. For non-members a Drop-In Class is $20 a class and 6-Week Session Classes vary from $150-$185.
Saturday Workshops are $40.
