Amatics Wins Vehicle tracking Contract with Argyll and Bute Council

Argyll and Bute Council recently awarded a three year vehicle tracking contract to Amatics. The contract award was the culmination of an in-depth evaluation phase where a range of vehicle tracking systems suitable for use within their vast geographical area and different vehicle types was assessed. Their selection was based primarily on the functionality currently available, support received during implementation and mentoring of managers to ensure full use of the Amatics fully managed application.
Alan Brough, Exchequer Services Manager for Argyll & Bute Council commented:
Amatics did not win the contract on price alone but on their ability to offer a fully managed solution that would meet all of our requirements over the length of the contract. It is important that we have a solution that will be enhanced and can accommodate changes seamlessly.
