For nine months, Joe Long and Paul McGillivary have been building a blog network called Content Quake. Now they are opening the doors to recruiting bloggers from around the world. The blog network is not the dream of two media tycoons, but rather two seasoned bloggers from Cincinnati. Long and McGillivary are taking their passion and skill for blogging and offering it to other bloggers. They hope to build a powerful blog network that nurtures individual bloggers.

Over the last nine months, Joe Long and Paul McGillivary have slowly been building a blog network, Content Quake. McGillivary and Long are taking the skills they have acquired in three years of blogging and helping other bloggers succeed. Now they are moving out of their test phase and entering a strong recruitment and growth period. And they're aiming their sights on becoming a powerhouse blog network.

"We help folks write in an area that they are deeply passionate about - while making some money. We have learned that it's this passion that will help propel them through the lean times. We know that because we are bloggers too," McGillivary said. Content Quake takes care of the technical and business aspects of running a profitable blog. "It's up to the writers, however, to infuse great content with their passion for the subject. That is what will bring people back," he said.

Content Quake recently signed Robin Ogden to write a blog about career paths and resume writing. And this marks their debut blog in their "non-beta" environment. "From here, we are going to be aggressively seeking qualified bloggers into blog positions," Long said. Being true to those words, Content Quake has begun a recruitment frenzy for everything from a digital camera blog to a recipe blog.
