The positive psychology and happiness movement is one of the fastest growing industries in the United States. Millions of people each year spend time and money trying to find happiness. Unfortunately, many of these same people try to find happiness through promotions, bigger houses and new cars. However, research clearly suggests that outside factors rarely make people happier.
"Happiness can only come from within," says Swanson. "But, most people aren't sure what that means. I intend to help people find how to tap into happiness with proven techniques and strategies."
Remember, Thomas Jefferson believed that happiness is our "unalienable" right. Therefore, all people on this planet have a right and even a duty to pursue happiness. Perhaps Happiness University is a great place to start.
