Toronto ON, Canada – Applewood Acres Gardening & Landscaping (a.k.a Applewood Property Management or “Applewood” ) has announced that it has re-designed and improved its web site to make it more user friendly and assist customers with finding information about its services and information on practicing responsible horticulture.

Applewood partnered with LRM Technology in the re-development of its web space, making it more attractive and visual to anyone logging in.

New to Applewood’s site will be a consumer TIPS section which will be updated monthly to include seasonal tips and advise on lawn care and gardening. A photo-gallery is scheduled to be updated with a whole new series of before and after photo’s of Applewood’s most recent work and projects. Added hyperlinks will take readers and viewers to other informative organic and health sites to help educate readers on the dangers associated with pesticide use.

A change in marketing strategy at Applewood has meant that for the first time it will allow for other organic lawn/garden product suppliers to advertise on Applewood’s site. “This is a bit of a radical approach for us in so far as allowing, in some cases competitors, access to our clients through our site”, states Richard Brzakala, Owner of Applewood.

“In the end, our goal is not only to run a successful business, but to also spread the news about the benefits of organic gardening and responsible horticulture”, says Brzakala.

“Some of the suppliers we deal with are small sole proprietors that have great products, but limited resources to distribute their products. Helping them out by advertising with us allows them to gain visibility and improve market share. In the end it’s a bit of a symbiotic relationship where we all benefit, but ultimately the cost to the environment is minimal” says Brzakala.
